Who's behind Linear Planning?

Matthew's career in Architecture began in 2004 with a practice based in Pembrokeshire. He spent the next 10 years working within 2 separate practices, gaining experience in a wide variety of projects across the residential sector, including barn conversions, residential extensions / refurbishments, and new build housing schemes.

In 2014 Matthew decided to broaden his knowledge base by pursuing a role with a housing developer as in-house Designer / Technical & Design Manager. The next 6+ year period in his career earned him unique insight into every facet of the construction industry, from pre-development management through to project hand-over; he designed and technically managed large developments to completion.

Matthew started Linear Planning & Design Services Ltd in August 2020 and has since gone from strength to strength, earning Membership to the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists in 2022.
